Couscous


Ingredients
1 1/4 cup water or broth
1 tablespoon butter (optional)
1 cup couscous
Salt to taste

Instructions
Bring the water or broth to a boil. Add the butter, couscous and salt. Stir, cover and remove from heat. Allow to stand covered for 5 minutes. Stir to fluff and serve.

Makes 3 3/4 cups or 4 servings.
