Jumbo Shell Seafood Fancies - Appetizer

1 pound jumbo shells
7 1/2-ounce can crab meat, rinsed, drained, and flaked
2 1/2-ounce can tiny shrimp, rinsed, drained
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped pimento
2 tablespoons chopped celery

Cook the shells in 6 quarts of boiling water until tender, yet firm. Drain and blanch with cold water. Drain thoroughly.

In small bowl, combine crab, shrimp, cheese, salad dressing, onion, pimento, and celery. If too dry, add more salad dressing. Spoon into cool shells. Chill.

Serves 24 to 36.
