Fiesta Pork With Noodles

12 ounces wide egg noodles
1 pounds lean pork tenderloin, cut into strips
16 ounce can diced tomatoes
4 ounce can whole green chilies, cut into strips
4 ounce can chipotles, cut into strips
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon minced onion
cup water
1 envelope brown gravy mix
teaspoon oregano
teaspoon garlic powder
teaspoon cilantro

In large nonstick pan coated with cooking spray, brown the pork.

Add tomatoes, chilies, chipotles, garlic, onion, water, gravy mix, oregano, garlic powder and cilantro. Season to taste with salt. Simmer for 45 minutes.

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Arrange pasta on serving platter. Pour pork mixture over noodles.

Makes six 1-cup servings.
