Oriental Pasta Toss

2 cups rotini
2 cups diced, cooked chicken or turkey
16-ounce can bean sprouts, drained
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
1 cup diagonally sliced celery
4-ounce can water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 cup green pepper, cut into matchstick strips
1/3 cup Italian dressing
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3/4 cup mayonnaise
4 ounces slivered almonds toasted

Cook rotini according to package directions. Rinse in cold water, drain thoroughly. Mix pasta with chicken, bean sprouts, carrots, celery, water chestnuts and green pepper in a large bowl.

Mix Italian dressing, salt, pepper, soy sauce and salad dressing. Stir into pasta mixture.
Cover and chill several hours. Stir in almonds before serving.

Serves 6-8.
