Parmesan & Herb Bread

Ingredients
1-POUND LOAF
3/4 cup water
2 teaspoons oil
2 cups bread flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

1-1/2 POUND LOAF
1 cup + 2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon oil
3 cups bread flour
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons Italian herb seasoning
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

2-POUND LOAF
1 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon oil
4 cups bread flour
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons Italian herb seasoning
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon active dry yeast


Instructions
Place ingredients in baking pan in order suggested by your bread machine’s instruction manual. Do not use delayed time bake cycle for this recipe.
