Ingredients
4 ounces low-fat cottage cheese
2 ounces canned crushed pineapple in light syrup, drained


Instructions
Combine cottage cheese and pineapple. Spread on bread and broil until lightly browned and bubbly.

Makes 6 tablespoons.
