Seafood Cheese Spread

Ingredients
8 ounces fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 cup low-fat sour cream
8 ounces canned crab meat, well drained
4 ounces part skim milk Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 ounce jar pimento, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce


Instructions
Cream together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and chill at least 2 hours. Makes 3 cups. Serve as a sandwich topping; especially good on rye bread and bagels.
