|Dried Beef Spread|

|8 ounces fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 cup low-fat sour cream
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
1 tablespoon finely chopped green pepper
2 1/2 ounces dried beef, chopped
|Mix cream cheese and sour cream. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely in refrigerator before serving.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
