|1 pound frozen bread dough
3/4 cup diced, lean ham
3/4 cup sliced ripe olives
4-ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained
6 tablespoons chopped green pepper
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
|Thaw dough until warm; cut into three sections. Roll each section into a 10 inch circle. On each circle place 1/4 cup ham, 1/4 cup olives, 1/4 cup mushrooms, 2 tablespoons green pepper and 1/4 cup cheese.
Fold dough into a semi-circle. Seal edges with a fork. Lightly brush with melted butter. Place on baking sheet coated with non-stick spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Dip in heated pizza sauce.
Makes 3 pockets.
