|1 pound frozen bread dough
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon chicken-flavor instant bouillon
1-2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, sage or other herbs
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
|Thaw dough to room temperature. Roll dough into an 8 x 12 inch rectangle. Place on baking sheet coated with non-stick spray. Cover and let stand 15 minutes. Mix oil, garlic, bouillon and herbs in a small pan and simmer 5 minutes or until bouillon dissolves.
Dimple dough vigorously with finger tips. Brush with herb mixture. Bake on lowest rack of a preheated 450 degree oven for 10 minutes; sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 to 10 minutes or until bottom is browned. Cut into squares.
