Ham Pizza Chop

Ingredients
1 pound frozen bread dough
1 cup diced ham
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese


Instructions
Thaw dough until warm. On a cutting board, divide dough into four sections. Lightly flatten one section and top with 1/4 cup ham, 1 tablespoon onion, 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons Cheddar cheese. Chop with a chef’s knife or butcher knife until ingredients are mixed into the dough. (Ingredients may be chopped fairly vigorously, being careful not to chop dough into separate pieces.) Round edges until pizza is about 6 inches in diameter. Lift with spatula onto a cookie sheet that has been coated with non-stick spray. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise 20-30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serve warm.

Makes four 6-inch pizzas.

Variations:
-Drained crushed pineapple, ham and cheese
-Drained sliced mushrooms, ham, onions and cheese
-Pepperoni or sausage, onions and cheese
