1 cup finely chopped apple
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup nuts, optional
3 teaspoons cinnamon, divided
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
1/3 cup white sugar

until dough doubles, about 1 hour. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350

Invert pan immediately after baking.
