Ingredients
1-POUND LOAF
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup peach yogurt
2 tablespoons applesauce
2 cups white bread flour
1 tablespoon dry milk
2 teaspoons brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

1-1/2 POUND LOAF
3/4 cup water
 

 
1/2 cup peach yogurt
3 tablespoons applesauce
3 cups white bread flour
1 1/2 tablespoon dry milk
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon active dry yeast

2-POUND LOAF
1 cup water
2/3 cup peach yogurt
1/4 cup applesauce
4 cups white bread flour
2 tablespoon dry milk
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
 

 
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon active dry yeast

Instructions
Place ingredients in baking pan in order suggested by your bread
machine’s instruction manual. Do not use delayed time bake cycle for
this recipe. Use a light crust setting, if available.
