Cheese Biscuits

3 cups commercial biscuit mix
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup + 1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic juice

Mix biscuit mix with shredded cheese. Add water and mix
until just blended. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 450 degrees F. for 12 to 15 minutes
until golden brown.

Mix margarine and garlic juice. Brush
on hot biscuits immediately after they are removed from the oven.

Serve warm. Makes 15 biscuits.
