Dakota Bread

1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup cottage Cheese
1/4 cup honey
2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup rye flour
1/4 cup rolled oats, quick cooking
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon wheat gluten
1 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
1/4 cup sunflower seeds, roasted, unsalted (optional)


Place ingredients in pan in the order recommended by the bread
machine manual. Do not use the delayed time bake cycle
for this recipe.
