Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup margarine, softened
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
3 eggs
2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 ¼ cups quick cooking oats
1 cup sweetened dried cranberries (6 ounces)
1 cup white baking chips

Instructions
In medium bowl beat margarine and sugars with an electric mixer
until fluffy. Add eggs; mix well. Combine flour, baking soda and
 

 
salt; mix and add to shortening mixture. Beat until well mixed;
stir in oats, cranberries and baking chips.

Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased
cookie pan. Bake in preheated 375-degree oven 10 to 12 minutes
or until golden brown. Transfer to wire rack; cool.

Makes 4 dozen.
