Tuna Pinwheels

1 pound frozen bread dough
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 (6 1/2-ounce) cans tuna packed in water, drained
1 cup shredded mozzarella or Cheddar cheese
1 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup minced onion
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Thaw dough until warm. Roll dough into a 10 x 14
inch rectangle. Mix egg, tuna, cheese, celery, onion, parsley, salt and
pepper; spread evenly over dough. Starting with wide side, roll and

seal seams. Place seam side down on a baking sheet coated
with non-stick spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Let
set 5 minutes; cut into 8 slices.
