Orange Rolls

Ingredients
1 pound frozen bread dough
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon melted butter

Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon butter, very soft
2-3 teaspoons orange juice

Instructions
Thaw dough until warm and bubbly. Roll into a 10 x
18 inch rectangle. Mix orange peel with sugar and melted butter.
Spread mixture over dough. Roll dough, starting with the wide side;
 

 
pinch edge of dough into roll to seal well. Cut into
12 rolls. Place in
7 x 11 inch pan well coated
with non-stick spray. Cover and let rise until double, about 50
minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from pan.

Mix
powdered sugar, butter and orange juice. Spread over rolls while warm.


Makes 12 rolls.

*To make a loaf, roll dough into a 9
x 12 inch rectangle. Proceed as above. Roll dough, starting at
narrow end, seal edges and ends well. Place in 8 x
4 x 3 inch pan well coated with non-stick spray. Bake
at 350 degrees 30-35 minutes.
