Apple Raisin Pizza

1 loaf (1 pound) frozen bread dough
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2-4 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
5 cups chopped apples
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Thaw dough according to package directions. Mix white sugar, brown sugar,
flour (use 2 tablespoons for regular apples and 4 tablespoons for

juicy apples) and cinnamon. Lightly grease 17 x 14 inch baking
sheet; spread dough on pan evenly, forming small lip on edges.

Spread apples over dough. Sprinkle sugar mixture over apples; add raisins,
nuts and cheddar cheese. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees
for 20-25 minutes or until dough is lightly browned on the
bottom. Cut into squares and serve warm.
