Whole Grains
Strive to make half your grains whole each day.
The 2005 Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommend that at least half our servings of grain be whole grain - or 3 to 5 servings of whole grain each day. Eating whole grains like whole wheat have been shown to reduce the risks of heart disease, stronke, cancer, diabetes and obesity.

Click the bottom whole wheat link at the left to find recipes that contain whole wheat ingredients to give you some healthy options in your quest to make half your grains whole!
